How long is the program?

The program has 6 separate & each Phase lasts anywhere from 4-6 weeks so the program lasts anywhere from 6-9 months.

How many days per week?

Each week will have 2 Lower Body Days (jumping plyometrics & lifting), 2 Upper Body Days & 2 Active Recovery Days.

What equipment do I need?

You will need a bench, squat rack, barbell, weights & something stable to jump on - a standard weight room facility will do.

Is this program for beginners or advanced athletes?

Both! The amount of weight lifted is based off of your max lift numbers & the jumping plyometrics can be done at any age.

How fast will I see results?

Consistency determines the speed you see results but you'll feel changes 1-2 weeks in & really see a difference in 4-6 week

Is there a refund guaranteed?
