Remember, to fully eliminate jumpers knee, you have to learn proper jumping technique so that your muscles are functioning the way they should be. But, I still highly recommend any athlete to add this to their lower body warm-up routine; it will activate the smaller muscles necessary to allow the bigger muscles to work in a healthier and more effective fashion.
