In this video I acknowledge some pretty consistent emails and DMs I've received since I posted a few of my max lifts. Quick Note: I take 0 supplements (preworkout, protein, etc.) I've been lifting for 5 years 5-7 days a week at a very high level. I expect a lot out of myself and I don't care how much I weigh; I'll forever work to break my own plateaus and previous PRs (and try to toss around as much weight as safely physically possible). My mind is in 100 places right now so this blog is ending early; this 3-day cleanse has me tiiiiiirrreed! Keep grinding, stay tuned for more vlogs!
