Breaking Down My Training Regiment and Thought Process as a 5'8" Dunker

Check out this video as I talk about the basic principles behind my dunk training and why I go about my training the way that I do! Dropping body fat is huge for me so you can go back just a few episodes on my channel to see the type of diet I'll follow on a daily basis. Again, I'm wildly addicted to the process and upon approaching 5 years of training it is safe to say that I am just now getting started! The goal isn't the destination; it's becoming yourself on the way (no I didn't read that on the wall of a Vineyard's bathroom). But, on a serious note, I'm going to be jumping like a complete freak in just a few weeks so stay tuned for the dunk videos coming...
