You spend 1-2 hours a day in the gym. And, if you're being honest with yourself and how you might've fallen off that "New Year's Resolution" bandwagon, it could potentially be 0 hours a day. It's sad to say that walking around the Mall, grocery store and even the gym (...) that I see way more overweight people than not (that doesn't feel like a complete sentence but, oh well). What we consume ends up being portrayed through our bodies in a physical state. It wasn't until recently I took things a step further, with the help of a friend/client, and went wildly healthy. Before, I ate anything I wanted and focused on training 2-3 times a day. Yes, you read that correctly, a day. But, after gaining 14lbs. in just 2 weeks after I injured myself, I figured that it was time for a change but I just didn't have the right "push" in the right right direction. As most 30-year old moms on Facebook might do, I am pronouncing that I am now 80%+ vegan. I'm not really sure that that's even a thing but, I'm that. The side effects to this diet for me have been nothing short of extraordinary. My energy levels are up, my strength has been maintained and I just feel better in general. I go through my entire daily diet in this video and I hope you can take a few minutes to give it a quick listen! Keep working, trust the process and God Bless.
