Let me know what you think about the depth of this squat because, personally, I just don't think I hit depth. I haven't had this much weight on my shoulders in quite some time and I'm really just looking for control when I lift at this point because I don't have that "pop" that I normally do! It'll all come with time, though, so I'm not worried! 500lbs. is the end goal and I'll always keep that in mind during my training. Four-plates is pretty cool but could you imagine the bend in the bar with five-plates on each side? It gets me excited just thinking about it. Remember, SKIGH Has No Limits and Get to Work!
