3 Best Workouts to Increase Your Vertical

Although this is a fairly vague answer, I still wanted to make sort of a fun vlog and just explain what I thought were the most important lifts that you can't keep out of your training if you want to jump higher! Yes, I'll forever tell everyone that asks me that lifting full body is just the best way to go about becoming the best athlete and jumper possible but that's just, again, my personal opinion! Staying on the ground for a little while longer and getting the body right before I start taking off like I used to but when I do, man, just keep me away from your court!
