With a pain in my left (planting) quad that hasn't gone away for weeks, I had to revert back to the basics to rebuild my own jumping technique/progressions. And, of all people, my mom helped my find out what had been causing my pain! She's been watching me play basketball since 3rd grade and has also been watching me jump for the last 4 years. She understands all of the jumping/dunking terms and knows exactly what I'm looking for in my own jump. Always good to have a second set of eyes because I was missing this after analyzing it for hours! Keep grinding and get to work!
