I got a few more DMs and emails yesterday than normal about my speed training (Episode 47). The main reason, explained in the video, is because I really feel like my approach has suffered since my injury. Everything that happened with my shoulder was so rough that it made my two-foot plant actually hurt. I do plan on hitting up a dunk session this weekend where I am expecting to hit a between-the-legs dunk. It bothers me (like crazy...) not only that I haven't hit this dunk yet but that I haven't had enough 10' dunk sessions in a public setting that has allowed me to attempt this! Oh well, it's going down before 2017 ends! Remember, SKIGH Has No Limits and Let's Get to Work!
