Nothing like a confidence-boosting low rim dunk session to keep my training on track. Feeling extremely lethargic with my new cycle of lifting so my jumps are unrealistically flat right now and my approach is extremely slow. With my slower approach, it's hard for me not to feel strained in certain muscles but going extremely slow makes it better - if that makes sense. It's a constant grind with jumping but adding in one-foot jumps allows less total stress on my legs since I'm switching things up between reps. Also, I'm working on my RL plant so it makes me feel more balanced as far as soreness after a session. The end goal is to be a freak on a 10' hoop and, honestly, a professional dunker.
