SKIGH EP. 7: Moving Forward

Life tends to throw some crazy, unfair, poorly timed and extremely fast curve balls at you every once in a while. Every year around this time for the last 4 years I've suffered a fairly severe injury that has kept me from dunking for around 4-6 weeks. Although it doesn't seem like a long time, those 4-6 weeks (for me) include self-therapy at least twice a day, working out through pain, ice baths and much more. When I come back in 6 weeks, my legs will be fresh, conditioned and stronger than ever. I'll maintain my 175-178lb. frame and hit all the dunks I would dream about when I was younger. Between-the-legs, full windmill, 360 with two-hands and a reverse pump are all coming this summer. I want to talk more about my progress and how much of a jumper I wasn't* growing up. Any tips needed or questions you have, please ask!
