My favorite training style.

 

This program is meant for anyone who wants to become an elite athlete. I would recommend starting with any of the previous five phases if you haven't played sports or lifted weights for longer than two months.

 

The jumping plyometrics all have low rep counts which is going to fire up those quick twitch muscle fibers. You will be training one heavy compound lift (deadlifts, squats) after your jumping plyometrics where you'll, again, hit high rep counts with very low rep counts. 

 

Your upper body strength training will resemble your lower body lifting. You will not be supersetting any of your lifts; you'll be hitting high set counts with low rep counts at a high percentage of your max compound lifts (bench press, shoulder press). You'll finish off this heavy training with key auxiliary lifts mixed with heavy core training to cap it all off.

This program does require access to a weight room.

 

This training program lasts anywhere from 4-6 weeks depending on how long you'd like to push your body throuh this specific style of training. This program is just one phase (of six) that can be found in my Full 6-Month Online Vertical Training Program.
