We'll be combining some heavier strength training with explosive plyometrics while mixing in some conditioning in this program. Two days a week, we'll solely focus on explosive jumping plyometrics and condition afterwards with specific sprint lengths that have strategic set and rep counts. The lifting will be done twice a week and you'll be doing full body workouts on this day.

 

As opposed to Phases 1 & 2, you'll finally break into some heavy weights. You will be building up to 75% of your max compound lifts on the days that you lift. The combination of explosive jumping plyometrics and the heavier weight training will exhaust your body & central nervous system. A lot of athletes tend to notice a short-term decline in their verticals but after doing this program fot 3-4 weeks, followed by a rest period of about a week, their verticals shoot up!

 

You'll be better conditioned, much stronger and much more athletic after this program.

 

This program does require access to a weight room.
